Investors are suggested to marginal short at the current price, with Target 19670, and Stop-Loss by 20300.
The Hang Seng Index opened higher and then moved lower today. Affected by the hawkish monetary policy of the Federal Reserve, the gradual tightening of global liquidity makes the Hang Seng Index still under great pressure on rallies. The minutes of the Fed meeting said that most Fed officials believe it is appropriate to raise interest rates by 50 basis points each at the next two meetings, and that short-term sharp interest rate hikes will increase policy flexibility at the end of the year. However, the Hang Seng Index is still affected by China’s counter-cyclical policies, and there is still strong buying interest on dips. Therefore, the Hang Seng Index is still likely to continue the volatile pattern, investors are suggested to use high-throw bargain-hunting operations as the main idea.
Judging from the daily level chart, the quotation is located on the lower track of Bollinger, which is favorable for bearish intervention, and the sub-index MACD has decreased in bullish momentum. Superimposing the KD fast line and breaking the slow line is beneficial for investors to be bearish.
